Supplier & Enterprise Development: As a responsible entity with a core focus on growing small businesses and incorporating them in the mainstream economy; we have a program that identifies, trains and contract local small businesses to supply us with crucial services. Our involvement is in making sure they are well resourced and have processes that guarantee quality and uninterrupted services. This is a crucial pillar of our sustainable development and growth plan.
Human Capital Development: Training and development is a crucial part of any entity’s survival and adaptability to ever shifting trends. We go further by identifying talent from their early stages of education, making sure that we groom that talent and provide opportunities for it to flourish. We operate in an industry with unique scarce skills; we believe South Africa has the capacity to produce the right talent we need; hence we are involved in cultivating that talent.
